HOW:
1. A church led by a plurality of Elders operating in their particular gifting (Eph 4 v 11 & 12).
The spiritual authority governing Oasis rests with the Eldership.
2. To release full time ministries to support and accomplish aims.
3. By the establishing of community and/or ministry focused small life-groups.
4. Training potential group leaders on a regular basis.
5. Encouraging personal witness so that bring one win one becomes a reality.
6. Establishing monthly Sunday night guest services.
7. Utilise the centre so that the church meets the needs of the community
8. Promote the centre as a conference facility to generate income which will help fund the vision.
9. Continue to develop life-care to underpin care within the Church.
